2025-11-17My family and I came in today and we told them how our nails wasn’t done right and they listened to us so they could do it the way we want them done. I left here beyond happy. Great conversations, great service and they take their time. Shout out to Colby, Henry and Kay. As you see below these are the before and after pictures. The second picture is before and the first picture is after.

2025-10-26I don't know if they're racist in there or what but I've never had a good experience. I went to get an ombre acrylic. The lady pretended like she didn't know what I was talking about or how to do it . you're literally in the shop with that exactly design on display . She did a rushed, basic gel polish in a ugly pink color instead. But they made me pay ahead of time so I don't know what they even charged me for. Fast forward I tried to give them a second chance months later, and they were trying to overcharge me and then rushed me out when I questioned with the price. 190 dollars for acrylic? I didn't even want any fancy designs. just a basic acrylic set that should have been under even 90 dollars. But my friend who told me to go there NEVER has problems. Nails were always good and was shocked by the price when I told her .

2025-10-03I never write reviews but I was shocked by the customer service. Many things went wrong such as the tech cutting my finger and then gluing it? The French tips were see through - very obviously needed another coat but I was treated almost as I was just seeing things and stylist told me as she went back to fix it if this didn’t make me happy she didn’t know what else to say lol. The most expensive nails I’ve never paid for and I am most definitely not satisfied.
