Poor Customer Service, with nonverbal cues of dismissal and a lack of professionalism. I was highly disappointed in my services and actually ended up leaving early without the completion of my nails. This is the first time I have ever been treated such manner and for me to leave without getting my nails done. Prior to leaving I did pay for her services the removal of their previous work. The manager did try to appease me with getting me a different nail tech but honestly after the situation, I really didn’t feel comfortable even staying. I do appreciate the manager for that but Miss Vivian I do believe that was her name was dismissive in her communication and Intentionally filed my nails down to the nail bed To prove her point on why she wanted to cut my nails down. My nails look awful and they hurt. I came for a GX fresh set for the broken nails and a shape up. She ruined my natural nails and the progress I had made while wearing gel X. Totally defeated the purpose of wearing gel X.

The service at Blanc was amazing! The atmosphere was relaxing and the staff was so friendly! Chi was great and helped me find the best color for the manicure I wanted. Can’t wait to go back!

This was my first time booking an appointment at Blanc Beauty Bar and I must say I was not disappointed. I truly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the staff were extremely friendly. Melissa did a wonderful job on my mini manicure and mindful pedicure. I felt like I was her only client. Sue did my eyebrows with precise detail and left no hair out of place. I will definitely be booking another appointment soon. This will be my forever salon.

I look forward to my appointments here and I always have a great time catching up with my artist, Melisa. They also offer the incredible experience of a head spa! I have brought my mom for her birthday to get this awesome treatment and she still talk about how wonderful it was! Definitely recommend anyone to check this place out!
