2020-07-26My husband and I go here all the time. They are very kind and take their time on our services. It's very relaxing and enjoyable. I love the spa music and they offer you a drink of your choice. They are very clean and use plastic liners in the foot tubs. I have never had poor service at this establishment, they are very professional and kind.

2022-05-23This will be my 1st time writing a bad review for a business. I’m doing so because Diane was unapologetic for her lack of business etiquette! Diane added a charge for a accidental broken nail polish. Her mannerism in how she handled the incident was extremely poor!!! 1st when the polish was broken, she should have said “We have an addition charge for broken nail polish bottles.” , at that time or before check out but she tried to do it secretively. The biggest mistake she made was when I called to ask about the charge she became very rude! It was .01% about charge and 99.9% about her unprofessional attitude! She did not care that she was unprofessional! You don’t pay to have someone be ugly to you! Kindness can go along ways.
