It was my first time here, and I had such a great experience from start to finish. The service and attention were truly on point .I never felt rushed and felt very well taken care of the entire time. Ali did my toes and did an amazing job. The back massage was so relaxing. Ivy did my hands, and she was incredibly patient and detail-oriented. She always made sure she was doing exactly what I wanted, which I really appreciated.🖤 The host was very welcoming, the food was great, and the ambiance was perfect ,very chill and relaxing. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely be coming back.

I love them! My nail tech was THY she was amazing to detail, caring, nice, sweet she made sure I liked my shape, size and color. This was my first time getting cat eye and I haven’t done my nails since FOREVER 1+ years and coming back I missed doing my nails but I will definitely come back for refills or maybe a new style. Atmosphere was clean, friendly, quick attention! Recommended 10000/10

Pros: The staff is nice. I liked all the options for nail colors and the drinks are definitely a plus. Cons: However, my pedicure was really bad. My toe nails were poorly shaped and my feet were dry and cracked right after my pedicure…. Like before I even got up to pay. I brought this to the attention of the staff. They ignored that my feet were dry and cracked, then proceeded to call the same nail tech to fix the shape of my nails only. She gave an half effort and excuses. Other staff asked if everything was fixed. I just said yes so I could leave as quickly as possible but I was very disappointed in the pedicure service. I was also shocked bc the reviews were so good.

I had an amazing experience for my first time at Plush. Booking online was easy and checking in was even easier. I was taken to the chair immediately and offered a drink and given the services menu. Hannah did my nails and they look great! The complementary fruit, drinks, and egg roll are a nice touch, and the staff are really nice and polite. I'll definitely come back. Oh and I got a massage that types of my relaxing experience.

Love plush nail bar stopped by here one day after the gym with my roommate. Got pedicures from James and Annie. They were amazing! Came back two more times to get my nails done by KK she’s great as well. Love my nail shape and she is very detailed and attentive. She takes her time and I never feel rushed, nails come out exactly how I want them everytime!
