2025-12-17If I could give negative stars, I would. HORRIBLE. I MEAN HORRIBLE. They are lazy, rude, and unprofessional. They over charge on services and do not follow their refund policy. I paid $75 for a builder gel refill. My nails were uneven, and the color was not as demonstrated. I came less than 24 hours later to change the color for a touch up and they charged me $45. I called them because I was very dissatisfied and confused, and they hung up on me. Don’t waste your time or money. I repeat DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
