2025-12-12I had a not great experience and Le personally reached out to me to make it right. It is evident just how much she cares about and values her clients. She is quite literally the sweetest woman. Susu was kind enough to reshape them to give me the stiletto almond shape of my dreams and did a cute Korean cat eye with a dark red jelly over top so they're spooky christmas nails and I am OBSESSED. 10/10 will be back and giving Susu complete creative freedom to do whatever nail color or art she wants because shes insanely talented. ❤️

2025-12-11I walked in as a walk in for a pedicure and a fill. I also brought an inspiration photo with me. Mike did a phenominal job on my pedicure and Katie knocked my nails out of the park! First salon i have been to since moving to the area in October that I will be returning to!

2025-12-11Royal Nails is by far the absolute best nail salon in Jackson, MI!!! I always tell anyone who remarks on my nails where I go and if I have their business cards on me, I pass them out like candy! I ask for Lee who does a fabulous job of freehand designs. She and the rest of the staff here are excellent and you won't be disappointed!!

2025-10-14Yesterday I had a really bad experience. Lee personally called me to make things right. That showed me that she truly cares about each and every one of her customers. She told me to come in so she could make things right. I went in today and she did just that. She is such an amazing woman and she truly made my day. Thank you again

2025-08-31Everyone was kind and my gel x prep was good. But the nail tech poorly executed the design I asked for, after saying they were able to recreate the photo. It was rushed and messy, and there is a large gap of bare nail by my cuticles on every finger. There are also a ton of mistakes in the line art. Don't let the good reviews fool you.
