Luna Nails and Spa

Never again! I didn't even get a pedicure. This was $30 for overlay only on the toes and regular polish, it also was rushed. I wanted my toes to look a bit polished, but unfortunately it's the total opposite. Filing is horrible, shape is uneven, polish left around cuticle, polish is not smooth, etc... I'm highly dissatisfied. Then said I should come back for a pedicure 🙄 I don't think so.

I had made an appointment three weeks in advance and I felt like they were so rushed when I came in. The lady that did my nails was not bad, but I have done my nails so much that I know when something is wrong. Three of my nails she did were crooked and wider. And I know sometimes the nails can be crooked but not three of them. She didn’t even fix to look like my other nails. And then when I wanted to see other options for nail colors she looked so annoyed with me for wanting to see how they look on my hands. Every little thing I wanted, she would annoyed or mad about it and it makes me sad because they are my nails they are going to be on hands for at least 2-4 weeks.

Tired of spending money and not getting what I ask for. My initial interaction was with the owner and I told her I wanted my toe nails square and that I was particular about this! I am a nail tech and I like what I like. I’ve been here a couple of times and Hannah does an amazing job but she isn’t there anymore. The lady who did them was very sweet put the $58 pedicure was rushed and was not polished or shaped well at all. I had to re-file and she didn’t shape them right so it was a mess, I was ok afterwards but still disappointed after expressing my wants. I explained to her how I had to let them grow out to get my shape back and she didn’t do any justice. Last time going here. I should have made my last time the last time when that lady cut me and the owner got loud with me and I had to get out of character! Today was my 1st & last day coming here. The older lady that does pedicures. I don’t know if she’s the owner or what. Talks to the other workers extremely too much & everytime she talks, she stop working. The other worker that was there had my right hand & left hand uneven. Acrylic was thick on one hand & thin on the other. My thumb nails are so lumpy. My daughter asked for coffin nails & they were damn near stiletto. I her polish was rushed. I had to reshape my own nails when I got home. Never again.

Excellent services and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality services. I was warmly welcomed and promptly seated. Granted, I was the only one here at the time but I appreciated the friendliness and awesome treatment throughout. I got the spa deluxe pedicure for $38 along with fills, repairs and a wax. I was offered a beverage of my choice and I chose red wine :). They also have water and orange juice. I have absolutely found my new nail salon. They’re very clean, neat, organized and welcoming.
