Broadmoor Nails and Spa

I had high hopes because of the reviews but I am beyond disappointed. I was sitting in the chair at about 1:35 and I did not leave until 4:10. And I left with incomplete nails. The first girl I sat with the moment I mentioned I was wanting Builder gel and I would need tips, she immediately seemed out of her comfort zone. She told another lady (im assuming manager/owner) that “She wants tips” clearly uncertain and uncomfortable. The woman said “okay!”Once we got to applying the tips her application made it very clear she had little to no practice. She continuously did not apply enough glue, causing nails to pop off several times while glueing others. I even had to point out one to reapply before she started cutting, which she pulled on and it immediately popped off. She did not use the proper tool to cut down the tips and did not shape the tips before going in to file. Meaning she filed them large and square when we needed to get to an almond. At one point the excessive filling caused one nail to pop upwards and off causing a lot of pain. I then mentioned “why dont you trying shaping them by cutting so you dont have to file as much.” I was wanting short almond nails. She then cut the length down and still did not shape them. At this point the length was not what I wanted. (I showed her a picture from the start) and she started filing away again. Then as she started to go down the nails the shape was completely off. It was more of a round oval than an almond. I asked if she could file them more to a point which lost even more length. At this point the nails were nubs. I think the owner/manager saw what was happening and decided she would take over, sending the original girl to another client. I am not faulting the first girl, if she was not comfortable doing tips she should of not been asked to in the first place. I had to wait about 10 minutes to even be sat with the next lady after already being here for over an hour. Once I sat with her she started filing and I pointed out at that point the length was just too short. (The nails looked ridiculous) and we had to start from scratch. Popping the tips off and starting the entire process over. I sat with her for another hour and a half while she would get up to check people out, take phone calls, and do other things. Another customer asked if I was okay because she knew just how long I had been there urging me to say something. This same customer also had to cut her time short and back out of french tips because it was just taking way too long. At about 4:00 we finally were finishing up the gel and I realized I just did not have the time for polish. I had not expected to be here for several hours. The shape was great by the end but should of not taken almost 3 hours to get to that point. I then was charged $65 for unfinished, unpainted, nails. Overall a very unpleasant experience

I was not going to write this review because the staff was so nice but I have decided to because I have to go pay another nail tech to fix my nails. Firstly, I arrived 7/26 (yesterday) for a pedi and full set. The basic pedi took about 1.5 hrs. I was told the full set would be done by someone else because she is quicker. I was there another 1.5 hrs. My gel polish is cracking and the filing is hideous. The acrylic is thin and terribly unleveled. It was supposed to be almond shaped. Take a look at the pics for yourself. I did not have anymore time to waste yesterday. I feel like if it couldn't be done in 3 hrs, it was useless. I respectfully OVERpaid $120 and got out of there! To have to pay someone else to fix this is downright madness!

Extremely pleased with my children's first time getting a pedicure. Technician was very kind and patient with both my children and did an excellent job! Definitely plan to return without kids for my own Pedi!!

Wonderful service. Great conversation and pedicure! Would recommend and will definitely be coming back. They also Taught me about different nail services they offer that will not completely destroy your nails and make them thin and brittle so I am looking forward to trying that out next time (I came too close to closing to get them done this time).

First time ever getting a pedicure so I didn’t know what to expect. Got the SuperLuxe package. Lasted longer than I expected (about 1.5 hrs) but it was worth it. I loved it. The cottage was cute. Very clean and comfortable. Ciin did an amazing job! I will definitely come back to see her.
