I went in on 5/19/22 me and my daughter for her graduation my nails are completely ruined the tech made 4 of my fingers bleed and all she said was oh I went there previously and had experience with the lady in chair #1 she was great this time she had and attitude and said she had an appointment coming after the lady asked me to sit in her chair so me and my daughter had to sit at 6 and 7 she was real pleasant but her work is horrible I didn’t even take pictures at my daughters graduation my fingers are sore my nails look horrible I won’t be returning although she did great on my eyebrows my nails are ruined and I spent 122.00 there my daughters nails are extremely horrible and her fingers are all cut up she wouldn’t let me take a picture for this review

Really unfortunate experience here. I asked about price was told to read the sign, when price changed $30 I asked her to explain. She said I don’t work with people like you, and cut my nails off. Why do you feel like you should treat people like this? Gel full set advertised as $25, coffin shape advertised as $30 and up. Stated price was $45, claimed I should pay $60.

Horrible experience only get one star because it’s the only way I can submit review I should’ve followed my 1st mind and waited til morning eyebrows messed up daughter nails ugly and my toes uneven different shapes with a pile of polish all over my toes pedicure hurt and feet still not soft I feel like I’ve been robbed didn’t get nails done after tech told me I couldn’t get an overlay I had to get tips on my nails after me explaining fake nails makes my real nails to soft and damages them and still was charged $105 NEVERRRR GOING BACK SORRY I STOPPED IN THE 1st PLACE

Very unprofessional! Spent hours in there just for someone to come after me and get their nails done. I had to say something. I was told they were going to do my nails now. Sat down the lady kept drilling to far she made me bleed. She kept apologizing, but I’m telling her it hurts.Then she did my nails crooked. I told her she was messing it up , she stated she sees and will fix it. She did not! Someone else came over and “Try to fix it” and she didn't. Smh I asked for some accommodation for being there more than four hours and being skipped and the management said no. She told me I had to stay there, they have to take off my nails and do it all over again. I been there past 4 hrs no way. Even after me telling her she was messing them up. She continued to do it. I wasted $95.00 on poor service. I will not be returning nor will my family will be returning to the nail shop. Poor customer service. They can’t take responsibility for their mess ups. Just sad! I would NOT recommend anyone to go here! They need a better system when there’s a rush! I wish I can give Zero stars! Ridiculous

I went to get a full set gel nail service. Very good service, nice, clean, and professional but I was very displeased on that day. It's now the 21st of December and my nails are popping completely off (as if they were press-on nails). I sat for 2+ hours getting my nails done for an engagement I was attending that day, by that night of the party, the polish was completely lifted off the nail. I called the shop, let them know what wrong, and I was told to come back and she could redo my nails for me. The 1st powder they put on when I 1st got my nails done was a mess, it wasn't drying, it was crumbly, sticky, and tacky. It took forever to dry and it just wasn't working (by that time I was aggravated, disgusted, and late for my trip), so much so that the young man doing my nails didn't know what to do. So they ended up using the powder, letting it dry, filing it down (which looked horrible and ashy), then painted gel polish on top, and one of the nails broke also. The young lady went to redo my nails but all she did was file off the gel polish, then filed off some of the old powder (the one that was a horrible mess) and put the new powder on top of the old, and continue to do my nails. I had my nails done on December 2, 2020, and it's December 21, 2020, and all my nails are off. Not because I took them off but because they popped off by themselves (the entire nail). I would like to give I've them another chance but for the cost, I paid to get them done, I don't know. If I pay good money them I expect quality service, not quantity service. I would have given them more stars but I can't. It's less than a month and I have to give up more money 💵 to get my nails redone when they still should have been fine.
