I just got my nails done here and I really want to give a big compliment to Hana! 💕 From the moment I walked in, I felt so comfortable — the salon was clean, nicely scented, and everyone was super friendly. I was welcomed right away, and the staff helped me choose a nail color and shape that fit my hands perfectly. During the service, Hana was extremely gentle and sweet. She kept checking if I felt comfortable or if anything hurt, which made me feel truly cared for — very different from many other places I’ve been to. The final result was absolutely gorgeous! 💅 The color came out perfectly, the finish is shiny and smooth, and the nail shape is flawless. I can’t stop admiring them 😍 It really feels like my hands got an upgrade! The price is also very reasonable for the quality. Totally worth it for such a relaxing experience and a perfect result. In and out bare bones salon! Some things this salon does well: -Takes Walk-Ins -Quick Service -Shapes and Paints well This is a no frills salon. I was in a rush and my regular salon was booked and needed a quick mani and pedi. I live for the spa service and have been to high and low salons, respecting the dynamics and cost of each. This was a low end salon. Upon entering I’m greeted and asked to pick a color and check in. 1. I hate when they have those electronic check in tablets because I’m weary on why you need my phone number and if I’m gonna collect more spam calls and text. But maybe that’s just me. Anyway, after check in I view the color selection and it is pretty much the clearance section and every reject color that didn’t sell in Rite Aid. I bring my own polish all the way down to base and top coat for this reason. The salon pushes for Gel polish but their gel is cheap and no name and not good colors either. They get me sat right away and I mean right away! They didn’t even clean the station from the last person; it had broken and clip nails and nail polish shavings on the towel. He didn’t even change out the towel, he shook it on to the floor and flip it inside out to work on me. The mani was no frills, no cuticle clipping, no cuticle oil, barely a buff, had to direct him to wipe the lotion off my nails after massage and before painting but he did a good job shaping and painting. Next: Pedicure. This might as well have been a polish change. Worst pedi I have ever received. Got the basic pedi and it was as follows: dip feet in water, clip and shape toe nails, one swipe with the pumice to the right and one swipe with pumice to the left. Tiny scrub, tiny oil. I did like the hot rock. Total: 10 minute After did not even help me roll my leggings back down since I had trouble with wet nails, did not help me move my purse to the dryer, just jumped and started the next pedicure immediately, she was getting Gel. I still tipped $ Overall; this equates to a low end city salon I’m sure they migrated up from there. Except in the city it would be $40 here they managed to make a basic mani and pedi $57. Will I return? Sure if it’s my last resort and I need the bare minimum and I’m in a rush. Although I may look harder for an alternative quick option that is not dirty.

Won’t be going back! Tried this salon today because it’s much closer and I could make an appointment online. I needed a new set, and tried the liquid nails. They barely removed the black that was on my nails prior, then painted and essentially sealed it under. I had to tell them that I was not happy about all the black and they attempted to wipe it off but what’s under and sealed is stuck. Proceeded to charge me full price though. The girl was also not happy I complained and was so rough when she tried to clean it up. I try not to be too picky, but black polish stuck under pink.. they look dirty.. my daughter also left with black all over her fingers.

Worst experience ever to do a dip powder manicure. To start I come in and they were pushing really hard the liquid gel product saying they don’t like to do dip powder (why would you offer it then) then the removal process of my old dip was horrible. They never used the steam method that all salons do but mostly used the file and acetone which is horrible for the nails. When I asked about the guy was so confused about that method. Then to end the nightmare one day after the whole top coat of the nails is OFF!!! Like what? Horrible service. I called to get a refund and they won’t do it and instead offered to re do the service. Which I don’t ever want to do. Worst $56 paid. Stay away from this place!!!

My mom and I have been coming here for several months now and we’ve never looked back! The staff is always super nice and treats us so well! They always make sure we’re getting what we ask for and check to see how we’re feeling throughout the whole process. They’re also super reasonably priced for the services they provide. I have never been disappointed, and if I express something I don’t like they’re always so quick to fix it. I had just gotten a fill-in for my nails last week when today the one nail broke at work (completely my fault btw I wasn’t being careful). I bartend and my nails always hold up through the month even through the work I do! Anyway, I rushed over after work to ask them to fix it and they were absolutely amazing! Super quick, looks exactly like it was before it broke, and they were so nice about it! I was so upset it broke but now it looks perfect again! Cannot recommend them enough! :) (Before and after my blue nails got fixed pictures) Also, the absolutely stunning Halloween nails Hana did for me!
