2025-10-04I’ve been here three times. Loved the first two times. Today I was charged for a “ soak off “ as i heard the lady say, when i indeed didn’t get a soak off. I got a nail ripped under my actual acrylics which took 3 minutes. I was charged $10 for this. My nails look great but my skin not so much. Lady who did my nails were very rough. Drilling a gash into my finger & my cuticles are so sore. I love this nail shop but such a bad experience today!

2025-09-29Quality 5 out of 5 Friendly 1 out of 5 Price negative number out of 5 Andrew did a fabulous job. Love the nails. Didn’t talk much but that’s ok. Just be sure to ask how much “each” service is before giving the ok to perform. Basic nail was $42 (very reasonable) however charged $7 to cut cuticle, $10 to cut down and $10 for a thin white line instead of standard width. $69 plus $17.50 tip= a lot of money every two weeks. Won’t be back- but he did a great job if youre ok spending that much.
