Getting a pedicure here was very pleasing! I loved the kind workers and the efficiency of time. Even if I ask for something simple, it turns out beautiful. There are many varieties of nail polish colors, giving you tons of choices to choose from. I love OASIS

So I went in August , and it was a little busy. So I sat and waited while no one even acknowledged I was there. I waited for 45 minutes before anyone even spoke to me. Or acknowledged me. When they did they asked what I wanted and I told them pedicure and my nails done. They led me to the pedicure bowl. So upon sitting there was a woman in process of doing toes, she looked at me as if me sitting down bothered her. And just kept looking at me in disgust. So i politely got up and walked out the salon. after waiting 45 minutes you’d think you’d get greeted the proper way.

Customer service is horrible & if you’re a person of color they have their picks & chooses. I went yesterday 10/5 to get a pedi with my husband… the toe spaced fell on the floor and he picked it up and put it back in the bin. I wanted to see what he was going to do with it so I waited. He picked the same one up and tried to use it on me so I said that one fell on the floor he acted as if he didn’t know what I was saying. Him and the lady looked at each other and laughed. I grabbed the toe spacer and put it on the arm rest… this man put the toe spacer BACK in the bin. Who wants something that fell on the floor on their clean feet? This how infections start. I didn’t stay to get my hands done I went to another shop. Don’t even waste ya time! Also I wanted acrylic on my toes they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about. I highly recommend going to the nail shop in Walmart on range. The customer service is amazing and they actually listen to you and make sure you’re satisfied!!

Made an appointment 2 days in advance for noon. Drove from Baton Rouge here, and the entire place was full. I waited for 20 minutes, just to have to interrupt a technician to ask when I would be seen. She looked dumbfounded when I told her I had an appointment, and she told me I’d have to keep waiting. I’ll never come back. Honor your appointments FIRST. This is horrible business etiquette

I went and got french tips and Maria was her name and she rushed through the whole process, and my nails were not what i wanted. my pedicure wasn’t that bad thankfully but they’re definitely overpriced just for the service to bad.
