Palace Nail Spa Harvey

I came in for a dip manicure in color 233 and a gel Volcano pedicure, and everything turned out beautiful. Checking in was very easy and it felt like a relaxing treat since the kids are at their grandma’s house. There was a small mix up at the beginning because I was accidentally given a milk bath instead of the Volcano pedicure, but they caught it right away and corrected it. Tina did both my pedicure and my nails and she was wonderful. She took her time and never rushed, I was here for 1 hr 45 mns,and I really felt that personal attention. My nails look smooth and even and the pedicure came out great. The salon is gorgeous. You can tell the owner invested a lot into making it feel elegant. The crystal chandelier is stunning and the pedicure bowls are beautiful. The whole place feels clean, comfortable, and upscale, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality. I am moving soon so this was my first and last visit, but anyone in the Gretna or Harvey area should definitely stop by.

Gel nails chip within days! I live near here and wanted to give them a try for my birthday set of nails. I went on a Wednesday evening to get an acrylic refill with gel polish. Service was fast, comfortable, and efficient (so I thought)! 2 days later (Friday) I notice my thumb nail (1st photo) had chipped. I called and informed them that day and the lady said I could come get this fixed before the following Wednesday. I was celebrating my bday in New York so I wasn’t able to get back to the shop until Monday and by that time this nail chipped worse AND two other nails (one on my other hand) had started chipping. A different nail tech removed the polish and reapplied for free (of course). I was content with this solution minus the lack of apology and inconvenience of my time and my money. Now 2 days later the design finger has chipped (2nd photo)! Today is day 7 from the original appt and I am convinced there is something off about the gel polish (diluting or altering) bc I’ve never had this happen before. My husband takes our 9 yr old daughter here for gel manicures every now and then and her nails chip rather quickly but I thought she was picking at them. Apparently not though. My friend came here when they first opened and her gel peeled completely off but I figured “new shop trying to work the kinks out”. I really wanted to love this salon but cannot recommend them bc of the poor quality of a simple gel polish application. I will go back (and stay) to my previous salon and my family will have to find a different option closer to our home.

My nails came out exactly how I wanted them 😍 absolutely no complaints whatsoever! Mary did her big one w these stilettos! 🥰and the complimentary drink was great too! Definitely will be back 🤩

Helen and Kaden are amazing! This is my second time here, and I will be back! The complimentary champagne is also a nice touch, but the service is impeccable regardless.

I cannot say enough good things about this spa!! I recently got my first job and had some disposable money and was looking for a place to get my nails done for the first time. I took a chance and picked Palace nails and they exceeded my expectations completely. I really want to applaud Candy for her amazing work, Not only does she do an absolutely fabulous job but she also does it in a timely manner. She’s incredibly sweet and attentive and has truly perfected her craft. If you are looking for a new place to get your nails done Palace nails is definitely the place and I would 100% ask for Candy.
