Best nail salon in Bastrop! I've been to them all and this is by far my favorite. Very clean and super friendly staff! Also very gentle with my mani and pedi. Ana and Hannah are fantastic! If you haven't been to this nail salon, I highly recommend stopping in!! ♡

David did amazing! He was very kind and welcoming and did exactly what i asked for. This is by far the best set i’ve ever had!

I’ve been a loyal customer here for a while and have always recommended this place to friends because the service is usually excellent. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was far below the standard I’ve come to expect. Huy, who did my manicure, had an unpleasant attitude from the start—it felt like he assumed I wouldn’t pay for the service, which was strange and uncomfortable. He also nicked one of my fingers while working on my cuticles, which was painful and shouldn’t have happened. On the other hand, Sean (who did my pedicure) was, as always, fantastic. He’s consistently professional and meticulous, and I felt bad that I couldn’t tip him this time due to the overall poor experience. The biggest issue, however, was my eyebrow service. I had them shaped just two weeks ago and only needed a light cleanup, so I asked the technician to follow the existing shape. Instead, she rushed through it, ignored my instructions, and over-plucked them, leaving them uneven and overdone. When I politely brought up my concerns, the staff’s reaction was unprofessional—they seemed amused rather than apologetic, which made the situation even more frustrating. I’ve always been happy to recommend this salon, but after this experience, I’ll have to reconsider. It’s disappointing to lose trust in a place I used to frequent regularly, but poor service and lack of accountability make it hard to return.
