2024-09-15I visited this location for nail and toe services before attending a wedding, but was disappointed by the unreasonable wait time. From 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm, the slow service was evident. Additionally, the business failed to inform me of a convenience fee associated with card payments. After disputing the charge, it was lowered to $3.50. I strongly believe that customers should not incur this fee, as it is a necessary business expense. Regrettably, the combination of slow service and unprofessional practices has led me to choose not to return to this establishment.

2025-07-09The folks at VIP are great at their jobs! They seem to actually LIKE being there, which is great, because I like going there! They are typically packed all weekend, but you can usually get in and out quickly during a weekday or early afternoon. Update: The only downvote they get from me is that the Fox entertainment channel is constantly on the TV. Other than that, they're still the best in town.
