2024-09-15I visited this location for nail and toe services before attending a wedding, but was disappointed by the unreasonable wait time. From 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm, the slow service was evident. Additionally, the business failed to inform me of a convenience fee associated with card payments. After disputing the charge, it was lowered to $3.50. I strongly believe that customers should not incur this fee, as it is a necessary business expense. Regrettably, the combination of slow service and unprofessional practices has led me to choose not to return to this establishment.

They are typically packed all weekend, but you can usually get in and out quickly during a weekday or early afternoon. Update: The only downvote they get from me is that the Fox entertainment channel is constantly on the TV. Other than that, they're still the best in town.
