It was cute how they decorated for Christmas and smelled like peppermint when you walked in. It was very clean and you saw them clean as soon as you left and they opened the sterile tools right in front of you so you knew they were cleaned.

Due to miscommunication on my part, I was very upset with how they turned out; rather than saying anything, I paid and went home. I left a review detailing my experience. The next morning, before they were even open, they called me to apologize and ask if I would come back in and make it right. I went back, and I regret not speaking up. They truly care about their customers and how they feel when they leave. They are so kind, and they take pride in what they do. We discussed how I wanted my nails in great detail this time, so they could be sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. I also decided to get a pedicure while I was there. I was very happy with the care that was taken to make my feet soft and beautiful. I got my nails removed and completely redone, which is a long process when done right, so I was there for a while. I can't say enough about how I was treated. It was such a nice day, I have never felt like I was among friends with strangers, but that's exactly how I was treated. My nails are absolutely beautiful and exactly what I imagined in my mind. This was a great experience with great company and conversation. I think getting your nails done should also be about the experience as well as the nails, and they go above and beyond to provide just that. I can't wait to try the other amazing services they offer! Thank you for an amazing day!
