2025-07-08At first I was a little frustrated because we were sat at tables and waited for over 30 minutes. We were going to leave but they insisted we stay and I'm so glad we did!!! The service was quick and my nails look amazing!! The woman and man who did mine and my mom's nails were extremely friendly! Excellent customer service on top of very affordable prices!! I've been to several nail shops in town and they are by far my favorite.

2025-03-08This was my first-ever pedicure, and I can’t thank Nails 4 U enough for making it such an amazing experience. I was initially hesitant because complications from lupus have damaged my nail color due to circulation issues, and years in the military have taken a toll on my feet. I usually hide my feet, but the nail tech who handled my Deluxe Orange Pedicure (a man with an awesome tattoo on his left arm) made me feel comfortable, confident, and beautiful again! He did an incredible job, and for the first time in years, I actually feel good about wearing sandals! I originally came in just to accompany a coworker, but they sold me on gel polish and I’m so glad they did! I didn’t even know the difference, but now I’m hooked! A wonderful woman then convinced me to get a gel manicure, and WOW. I left feeling like a million bucks! My hands feel amazing, my cuticles look perfect, and I truly feel pampered. I’m not from the area, but if I ever come back, this will absolutely be my go to spot! My only regret? Not having cash for the tip…next time, I’ll come prepared. If you’re in Alexandria, you HAVE to try this place!

2018-08-17Worst pedicure ever. 3 different people performing my service a forth translating and what I wanted was still lost in translation. It took nearly 2 hours and I still didn't get my polish change for my nails. This place has been around a very long time and they used to provide a great service. That is no longer the case. The salon needs desperate updating, polish selections are extremely limited and proffesionalism is non existent. Please don't waist your time.

2024-04-03Spent $105 dollars for nails that only lasted 4 days. Never again. Haven’t lifted on anything heavy at all. Nails are just popping off left to right. Also asked for coffin shaped and got a mess!!!!
