On 8/16/2025, I went in & was asked if I wanted my eyebrows done (because I normally do), & I told Tracy no, because I'd finally learned to do them. Upon completing my pedicure, Alex, who's fantastic, made mention that it shouldn't do French manicure like I wanted bc, what little growth I'd finally obtained from the builder gel, would destroy my nails. Plans were to get a regular manicure.Let the new growth be painted w/a splid gel color until it grew off. I went to the booth Alex told me to and Tracy told him no. I explained to her what he was going to do, so my nails would continue to grow.Tracy takes the gel off, then files down the builder gel so low that it completely stripped my nail to the point my fingers were burning. Instead of actually doing a manicure, she filed my cuticles, which were already sore. Atp, my nails were so uneven.I explained to her, AGAIN, what Alex had recommended. Then, she started painting them with clear coat gel. When I went to dry under the UV lamp, the whole tips of my fingers burned. I then told her to remove the gel bc I didnt want anything on them.Upon my exiting, after I'd paid, I realized that she ended up charging me 25$ for a GEL MANICURE! I was livid. As the only thing she did was destroy my nails and file the cuticles back w/the drill.When I went back on, I asked her why she charged me 25$ for a gel manicure when I didnt have ANYTHING on my nails.She continued to try & tell me that she did a manicure, and CLEARLY didnt. Her husband then spoke up and said "25$ FOR TAKE OFF GEL"!! I was livid.i spend a great deal with this nail facility. Idk what happened this day, but it was totally uncalled for and disrespectful when I left with my fingernails red, burning and damaged.i think a lot of Tracy & her business. But this was totally out of order. Thankfully, I was able to get them done elsewhere. Not to mention, my daughter got a pedicure, that was supposed to be polish & Ms Else decided to do gel, because it was the "same price"... NOT EVEN 24 hrs later, 2 of my daughter's "gel polish" came off her 2 little toes....

Got exactly what I wanted, service was quick and amazing !!! Kevin was my artist and he’s awesome I recommend them ! 🩷

I was a walk-in. The staff were pleasant, professional and respectful! The salon was very clean and comfortable. I failed to ask my nail tech her name but she was truly delightful and she did a wonderful job with my pedicure. I will certainly remember my experience and return anytime I’m in the area.

I hadn't had my nails done here in quite some time. I came in with an idea in mind, wanting to keep the length of my natural nails. I knew I wanted matte black polish for sure and tried almond shape this go around. Kevin delivered y'all! I absolutely LOVE how my nails turned out and I'm excited we were able to keep the length of my natural nails! I'll definitely be back to see Kevin ☺️
