CURLY GIRLS!!! Listen up!!!! Sherniece is literally the best ever! I unfortunately was brave enough to cut my CURLY hair at home and obviously messed it up. I thought my hair was beyond saving until I made my appointment with her. The whole experience was worth every penny and more. She is so detail oriented and overall so sweet. Shernice is not only a fantastic stylist who will do whatever it takes for you to leave with Amazing hair… She has an absolutely wonderful personality to go along with it. I had my first Massage with Amanda today and I was very impressed with her professionalism, skill and overall approach. From the moment she greeted me, she ensured I felt comfortable and welcome. Amanda is calm and professional and set the tone for a relaxing and focused session. She took the time to listen to my needs and specific concerns which I really appreciated. Her touch is incredibly intuitive-firm where needed but never too much. She was able to adjust to my specific needs and it is clear she understands the body and how to tailor pressure and technique based on each individual clients needs. I left feeling relaxed and with much less tension. She also has great appointment availability so I was able to book a time that worked with my schedule. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled massage therapist!

Went for a massage earlier this week and although the massage was good, the service was terrible. I scheduled my massage for 3:15. When I showed up, they said it was at 3:30 even though I showed them my email that had my massage at 3:15. I said it was okay but then got irritated when the massage therapist was late coming back from her lunch to get me for my massage. After the massage, I went up to the front to pay. After i left, I realized they overcharged me. When I called, I was told they would refund me what was overcharged. I still don’t have the refund. As for the massage, I signed up for a 75 min massage. What I didn’t realize is that I was paying for a 60 min massage and they give you 15 MINUTES for the undressing/dressing before and after the massage. I already felt that $125 was a little steep for a 75 minute massage. Now I know it’s very steep for a 60 min massage. To top it off, they’re raising their prices $25 for every massage starting July 1.

Ive been coming here for a yr or so. I really like the stylists. Lately Ive had Aaron for my color service. His scalp massage during rinseout feels so great. The front desk ppl are nice especially Andrew. As a veteran you get 10% off which i really appreciate. I used to color my own hair at home but always managed to drip, and stain, counter and floors. After we got kitchen and bathroom redone, hubby said, no more coloring at home. And i really like being pampered anyway.
