I came here the other day, and it was an amazing experience! Making an appointment was easy over the phone. I got a warm welcome when I came in the door, and was immediately sat down. This salon is incredibly respectful of your time, and they will turn walk-ins away so the people who took the time to call ahead aren’t waiting. Also, the nail techs don’t rush to get your nails done because they know the salon doesn’t take walk-ins when they are booked. The nail techs seem very happy and are kind to you. On top of that they give you EXACTLY what you want. You show them an inspo picture and they match it! The salon is clean and well maintained, along with all LEGAL products. Nothing that will make your nails break off or be painful when your fake nails are removed. I specifically went to Nan (seat 8) and she was great, but I think any of the nail techs would do a good job. The prices are super reasonable for the quality of the nails you get. My set (shown in picture) was $60. I loved my experience here and will definitely be coming back! Edited Review: Just wanted to show my beautiful new set done by Nan! You’re awesome girl :)

I’ve been in BG for over two years and have gone to this salon every month to change colors. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was very disappointing. For the first time, I was cut by the nail drill, and the dead skin on my hands wasn’t trimmed at all. The nail technician seemed rushed throughout the entire appointment — she even asked me to remove my hand before the curing light was finished and immediately applied the second layer. Very unprofessional and unsafe. I really miss the days when Jason was here.

Y’all I wanted to love this place but I’m so sad/frustrated. I get an acrylic overlay on my nails filled every 3 weeks. My regular salon was short people so I went called here to see if they had any availability. The service was good, begging was pretty rough, but after the color was off it got much more gentle. Br exactly a week later, my thumb nail is lifting off and my other thumb/middle finger look like 3 weeks of grow out. Please reference photos. Disappointment is an understatement. :(

Found my go to Nail Salon. Customer service is great. The way they do the work was so detailed. These guys are so talented. Highly recommend. Plus, I always go to Jason here for my nails and he never disappoint me. His kindness and attention to detail are outstanding. Kudos!

I absolutely love Crystal Nails and their staff members. They are super patient and so sweet. I love their work. They take their time and don’t make you feel rushed. Very talented workers indeed.
