Kim Nails

100% great service! Was there yesterday 9/13/25. My daughter and I came after seeing quite a few sets on my stepdaughter and her aunt. We decided to give it a try. We got right in, no wait. I’m very picky when it comes to the filing of my nails. They always seem to come out uneven or crooked. He listened and went above and beyond. My daughter loves hers as well! Will definitely be back.

Went in for a pedicure and full set with gel polish. They did an amazing job and did exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a natural color with almond shape and I love the end result! I got OPI gel bubble bath. Seth did my nails and I will definitely request him every time! Update! So I came back here after giving another place a shot and omg the difference is night and day! Since I already had them done I only needed a full. Sienna did an amazing job! Not only did she completely fix all the mistakes from the last place, but her attention to detail is astounding. some places have trouble with almond shaped nails, but not Sienna at Kim nails. She is a true professional! My nails look beautiful, and I will send everyone I know here. Request Sienna, you will NOT be disappointed.

Staff at Kim Nails were very friendly and accommodating. Made a last-minute request for designs, and they came out exactly as requested. It's also the best pedicure I've received this year. They were not super busy when we went, so we didn't feel rushed.

Walked in for a soak and was seen right away. They did not even soak my nails but did get them off. The older woman was rude, on her phone, and kept giggling and laughing with her coworkers showing my nails in their language. Very rude Edit to respond: Did I ever ask that I wanted new gel x nails? Nope! Also, I didn’t mention until after we began that I work in same shopping center so that is untrue. If you truly do not take off gel x, and the reason was because I work close by, then no one would would have said yes. I do understand that in your language is easiest and I respect that. BUT the laughing and showing of my nails when I went to go wash my hands is uncalled for. The older lady did not even start my nails when the phone was up in my face so that’s a lie. Go back and check camera footage. I was sitting there for at least 5 minutes with NO product on just waiting for her to begin. I am not going to have someone try to flip the situation to make it look better for business reviews. I am pretty understanding person but I am stating how I felt during removal. Sure, I do not understanding full steps but I do have enough common sense to know that obviously the giggling and laughing wasn’t from “asking advice or product recommendations” but surely from pure judgement.

They cut my nails extremely short AFTER I begged him not to. I kept saying that they were too short and he refused to fix them and only kept explaining that it wasn’t his fault and it was the other guy that worked there fault for making them uneven last time. I was there for two hours for a simple fill in and one color paint. My nails now look ridiculous and they charged me FULL PRICE after offering to fix them “next time” for nails that I’m going to have to go somewhere else to get fixed!
