This place does an awesome job! I won’t go anywhere else in Syracuse! I recommend this place to anyone who asks! The salon is always super clean even though they are ALWAYS busy. You are seated almost as soon as you walk in the door. The service is always super fast too! Which brings me to my only complaint. The service is a little rushed meaning you could leave with the left over gel chipping pieces under your fingernails which is a little annoying and I wish that the salon techs would be a little more personable. They don’t really do much other than paint your nails, but that’s a personal preference more than a complaint. I like to talk with my stylist. 🤷‍♀️😂

This place is so relaxing, cleanly, all of the workers are so sweet. They’re very organized and professional. Tina did my pedicure and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ve never been so happy to get my feet done and relax. Thank you for such a perfect experience. And how can I forget,.. the tea they offered me and had was delightful.

To begin with, this would have been a wonderful review. Today, I brought my niece and sister in law for pedicures. We got the best package and opted for regular paint instead of gel. The providers were wonderful and we LOVED the special pampering. The service was at 1:30. Three hours, almost four my paint was completely tacky and smearing. Mind you, I never put shoes on and left with the toe dividers in place. I wasn’t even going to call but after spending $180 I thought it was absolutely odd that my paint would not dry. I called to explain the issue and to get their input. The woman who answered started yelling very rapidly at me which made it difficult to understand. I asked her to repeat what she said and told me she couldn’t help me unless I came for an upgrade to gel for $15. Then she said regular polish could take up to TEN HOURS to dry. It’s not the error it’s how it was handled. Absolutely unprofessional and the experience went from a wonderful one to this.

Worst pedicure and manicure. My nails chipped less than 12 hours. On my way to a wedding in had to stop and buy polish to cover up such crappy work. My toesnails chipped 4 days later. I will never recommend this place $145 + 22% tip paid ahead + $10 from emergency polish. Steer clear of this sham of a business.
