Bloom Nails & Spa

I won't go back. I wanted chrome nails. My nails looked like regular polish when I left. They were supposed to have pearls on them. I even told the guy that did them that. He didn't listen. My pinky nail is crooked. Now I have to go to another nail salon to get my nails fixed. And my thumb isn't even done correctly! Double money spent!!!!

I got a gel polish pedi that peeled off in one day. Was not thoroughly cured, formed a bubble and popped, taking a chunk of polish. I see a bubble on the other big toe as well, which will probably pop soon. Paid 55 including tip (45 for service) which is pretty standard but it was NOT worth it at all considering how long it lasted and Im currently out of state for a trip so it’s another hassle having to find a nail shop near me to get it fixed while I just wanna be out with my family. Never going back. At least customer service was good.

I used to go to Bloom fairly regularly and got great service - now, its all garbage. Once, my sister and I went to get pedicures, she was 7 months pregnant. They doused her legs with an acetone or acetone based liquid and just rubbed lotion on it, as if she wouldn't notice the burning. Didn't even wipe it off. While there, they tried "cutting out" a piece of my toenail that I have had surgery on and explicitly told them to leave alone. They got argumentative about it, but finally left it alone. Another time, for my wedding, my mother, MIL, sister, and myself all got manicures - scheduled together. My MIL, mother, and I wanted full sets and my sister just wanted an acrylic overlay. WE DID HAVE APPOINTMENTS because we knew it would take a while for 4 sets of nails. My MIL nails were blocky and the design was wonky. My own got so many cuts from them trimming around my nails and my natural nails were filed SO THIN they hurt for weeks. As stated, my sister just wanted an acrylic overlay, and they kept trying to put extensions on. Let's not forget my mother, oh wait, they did. And then argued that she didnt have an appt with the rest of us..

The tech I had didn’t really seem in the mood to do nails or even be at work. Made me feel like an inconvenience to him. He didn’t say much to me and when telling me to put my hand under the UV lamp he would just point instead of communicating what he wanted. He also cut my pinky with the nail file. The design of my nails however is not terrible at all but the shaping of them could be a lot better. I should also mention I came in with my cousin and we paid together

Friendly, great work, fast, I have been to only maybe a few nail spa's to get a manicure this one by far is the best to go to. Their great at what they do and also friendly to the customers I was very impressed and will be back for another appointment soon but also adding a pedicure for next time. So to everyone out there that wants a great manicure I recommend this place it is really good!
