2025-11-27very unwelcoming , did not greet us at the door. Nick told us to come at 5 pm and than changed his mind and told us that we could not get our nails done. i do not recommend this nail salon to anyone. We drove an hour to get our nails done and they did not service us at all. We will never spend money here. Nick is very unprofessional mean and nasty 🤢 response to you : I’m truly heartbroken by how I was treated at your salon. This was honestly the worst nail salon experience I have ever had in my life. I left feeling embarrassed, confused, and hurt in a way I was not expecting over something as simple as getting my nails done. I have never been spoken to or treated the way I was that day. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt singled out and judged, and it left me feeling so small. I walked out fighting back tears because I couldn’t understand how something meant to be relaxing turned into such a painful moment for me. I wish things had gone differently, but this experience genuinely made me feel awful, and it’s something I won’t forget for a long time. I truly hope my review sparks a boycott because we pay money to you to enjoy a simple service. I truly hope no one else is treated the way you treated me and my friend; who also felt very terrible because of the way you treated her.

2025-11-10Did Gel-X for the first time. Lily did great on the nail shaping. I had to go to Kathy for nail design but she did amazing! Kathy also did my pedicure and did great! Very happy with my experience here. UPDATE: I had gotten my nails done for a vacation. Unfortunately, TWO of them came off the day before, not even a week after getting them done. I wasn’t even aware of when they came off. I’m very sad 😓😓
