I can’t say enough good things about this nail salon in Seneca! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The entire staff is not only highly skilled, but they also go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and cared for. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing – soft music, spotless surroundings, and a calm energy that instantly puts you at ease. It's the perfect little escape from the daily grind. Whether you're there for a quick manicure or a full spa pedicure, you’ll leave feeling refreshed and pampered. Most importantly, the quality of work is simply outstanding. Every detail is attended to with precision and care. My nails have never looked better, and the results last far longer than I’ve experienced at other salons. You can tell the team takes real pride in their craft. If you're in the Seneca area and looking for top-tier service in a peaceful, professional environment, this nail salon is a true gem. The shop has been doing my nails since I got engaged in March and they outdid themselves for the wedding. They opened early for my entire bridal party to get ready together, and everyone was a ecstatic with the quality and design of the nails. They even had a small gift to give me when we left. Could not say more about the cleanliness of the shop and the quality of the work.

I’ve gone back and forth about whether to write this review, but after sharing my experience with a few people and getting their perspective, I feel it’s important to do so. I visited Crystal Nail & Spa for the first time today and was genuinely excited to try them, as I pass by their salon often. Upon arrival, I was shown the three levels of pedicures and decided on the middle option which was the spa pedicure priced at $65. The technician mentioned that this service included a massage, which sounded wonderful, so I went with that. However, I was taken aback when the massage lasted barely a minute per leg, and the hot stone portion was just as brief (perhaps another minute per leg.) Typically, with a spa level pedicure, there’s a set amount of time dedicated to each leg, but this experience felt extremely rushed. For $65, I expected a more relaxing and extended service rather than something that felt like a “one, two, three and done” situation. I also chose a gel polish, but was not informed beforehand that this would be an additional $15 charge. Had I known, I likely would have selected a regular polish instead. To make matters worse, during the pedicure I started to feel discomfort in my right big toe and asked the technician to stop filing because it was painful. When I stood up to leave, I realized that my toe was actually scabbed and slightly bleeding. At checkout, my total came to $80 plus tip for a grand total of $92. For that price, I truly expected a far more relaxing and professional experience, not one that left me disappointed and with a sore toe. I was really hoping to find a new go to nail salon, but unfortunately, based on this visit, I can’t see myself returning.

I went in today with no appointment for a pedicure. I got the VIP pedicure which included hot stone massage, exfoliating scrub massage, and a collagen mask therapy. Unfortunately I did not get the stylists name, but she was very cautious, considerate, and careful. She was detailed and any mistake on the polish, she made sure to clean up to perfection. For my first time here I would definitely recommend it and I would come back for a different type of service.

Lisa was my nail technician, and she did an absolutely flawless job on my French manicure. The shape is perfect, the polish is smooth, and the design is exactly what I wanted—clean, classic, and elegant. The salon itself was very clean, and the staff was friendly and professional. Lisa took her time to make sure every detail was perfect, and I truly appreciated her patience and precision. It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and it shows in the results! If you’re looking for a nail salon that provides top-notch service and beautiful results, Crystal Nails Spa is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back to see Lisa again! Highly recommend!
