I showed photos of what I wanted to get back to my natural color from black I had last year, at home I achieved a light brown and wanted the tone of brown slightly fixed to match my natural color better. She turnt my hair basically black and insisted it will fade. It’s been months and my hair is still very dark, and I’m often upset by my hair color. Not only did she get the color completely wrong, she brushed the dye brush through my hair like it was a comb, root to ends. It was incredibly painful and I’ve never had such a bad experience, my hair had insane breakage from her being so rough with her odd application style and my scalp hurt for days after. I still tipped and it came out to be $200, but honestly I regret this entire experience.

My first time here, and I will definitely be coming back. Everyone is so friendly, and makes you feel at home. Brought my 6 year old daughter in for a haircut, and the hairstylist Jennifer (I believe was her name) was absolutely awesome. Ended up scheduling 2 additional appointments before leaving.

I was honestly very disappointed with my experience here. I wasn't offered any suggestions or tips on how to make my hair more interesting, nor did I get the shampoo and rinse they said came with the session on the phone. My hairdresser wasn't very communicative at all. She basically ignored the photo references I attempted to show her, and expressed some sort of uncertain attitude when I made suggestions. She would mumble under her breath like, "Yeesh," or "Okay..." It made me incredibly anxious and discouraged. If you think it's not going to look good, offer me recommendations!

Absolutely amazing place!!! Hands down!!! I have been scared to have my hair touched for years after JCPennys fried my hair and I lost it all. I told them my story and they were amazing to make me feel safe and know that I’m ok. I love how she cut me bangs. I didn’t think I could rock ‘‘em but I she made sure I could! I have extremely thick curly hair. Lots of people don’t want to touch it. But they did and did an awesome job!!

Had my first appointment at this location yesterday. Went in for a trim and highlights, after having choppy thick highlights that I hated from another salon. Andrea did a fantastic job! She was so friendly and easy to talk to. I absolutely love how my hair turned out and have had so many compliments! Definitely will be going back.
