I get acrylic nails and have never had them last as long as they do between appointments after being serviced here. The quality of their work is amazing! The pedicures I have received are so relaxing and they have made my toenails look 10 times better than when I walked in. They are very personal and check in with customers throughout the visit. They also remember personal details making it a comforting experience.

I’m not sure what happened to the quality of service, has always been my go to nail spot, but I was so disappointed with the job that was done, felt the need to share. Went in for a French gel manicure and almost two hrs later was not happy with the end results. An amateur manicure to say the least. I would of asked to have them redone but it was late and I just wanted out. They were nice but unfortunately we’re not paying for just the hospitality. Needless to say I won’t be going back.

I hate to complain but hopefully this will help the establishment do better. I got a gel manicure, the reason I get gel is cause I don’t have to worry about it drying and it stays in longer. I got my manicure about 6 hours ago. And I currently have paint oozing out of my nails from bubbles popping, there was paint on my skin around my nails I noticed shortly after I left, I didn’t feel like wasting more time. Never experienced this before, it looks like a 5 year old did them. Also the woman doing my nails was more concerned with answering her text messages the majority of the time- unprofessional with one customer in the place.

I just moved to the Peabody area so I have been trying to find my "new spot". Whelp I found it. I called them to make an appointment and she told me she was booked until the next day. My phone rang 10 minutes later with a slot that opened up. The place was extremely clean, staff was very friendly, accent was light enough to understand. Prices are very reasonable. A full set with gel and a cat eye affect... was outta there in less than an hour! Since COVID ruined our cosmetic lives by shutting down any and all salons, to say I was ecstatic to learn nail salons were opening back up is a serious understatement. I will faithfully return!

They were friendly, but the price was just too much. I don't think I will ever go back there. I may change my mind, but with all honesty, the price was a joke. Not to be rude, but the nails weren't shaped well. The nail bed was out of shape. I was just not happy. The color was beautiful but the work was not satisfying. Again, the customer service was ok, the Receptionist was so nice. They were all welcoming, but too expensive.
