I’ve always had great experiences here, Tracy the owner is so kind and attentive. Tried cat eye for the first time with her and it turned out great!

This review is over 4 years in the making— consistency, environment, and prices are all reasons why I continue to go back. Only Miss Tracy does my nails, though other techs sometimes do my pedicures. I am sorry to folks who have had less than wonderful experiences; advocate for yourself and provide feedback in person vs. leaving it here because this small business is humble and strives to provide quality customer service. Green nails - 2020, blue set -2021, French manicure - 2024.

Had the most horrendous nail experience to date. Fooled by the good reviews my mother and I checked this place out and while her nail tech was great (I think maybe she’s the owner) mine was clearly very inexperienced. My cuticles are ripped to shreds which is my main concern. I attached a picture that I took while at the salon. My nail would not stop bleeding the whole time I was there. She had no idea how to even react other than to giggle. Absolutely unacceptable. Other than that which is more than enough for a bad experience, she filed my nails repeatedly with the hard side damaging the nail plate… and then cut them when I said I would like to keep the length. The owner ran over to take over and I was apologetic finally getting me some Neosporin but the damage was done. Fast forward to the time to pay and I fully expect they will take money off. Nope. Got charged in full and then she stood over me like a hawk to make sure I tipped!!! The most asinine experience. Got home and multiple cuticles started to bleed including my toes. Avoid at all costs! I have no idea how they have such good reviews.

The pedicure was good but I got dip on my nails and it was very uneven . After 1 day 3 of my nails were peeling away from the dip . By day 2, 2 nails popped right off . Unacceptable!

This is such a great salon! I discovered them while I was searching on google and they were so highly rated that I had to try them out immediately. In my entire experience of having nails done, no one has taken so much time to tend to them so well! I highly recommend this place. They stayed open way past their working hours to take care of me and I truly appreciate it. Do not miss going here!
