I will gladly send my recorded experience where Jason started dropping the 'F' bomb and yelling because I said my skin couldn't take any more 'drilling on.' He said "they're not bleeding" but I reminded him how many times I instinctively jumped bc he got my skin or it was burning. He immediately started saying I threatened not to pay him, and then he was going to call the police. I advised him to call the police and that I had it recorded. I never said I wasn't gonna pay nor have I ever done that anywhere. I told him the minute he started getting mad. I hit the record button. He said he had cameras, and I said, that's perfect as you dipped my finger right into the tub, used worn-used files and never sanitized/washed anything, including my hands. He then just said"leave." I asked if I could pay the lady to finish them as there was no way. I could do it, and he said, " no. Let me soak them and redo them." I told him I was scared and to be honest with you, I was trying to call 911 on my phone, but he kept staring at my phone, I was afraid he was going to get more irrate. He then told me he wasn't gonna call the police.I told him I thought he should and he said, just leave, you owe me nothing. All I had was $20, besides my debit card, and I threw that down and hurried out. I will be sending my video along with the audio to the state board. This behavior, as well as how horrible my nails.looked, was unacceptable and hostile. My nails are bumpy, crooked, product all over my skin and several areas where my skin was filed, and are now slightly scabbed. The most scary, unprofessional experience in my 50 years.

I went to get my nails done and the quality was less than satisfactory. The layers are uneven near the cuticles, they are rough on the edges and snag on my clothes and he ended up snagging a hangnail and causing it to bleed and then tried saying it was like that before I came in and it wasn’t since I wasn’t bleeding at all before I came in. He gave me the wrong glitter coat as well. When I came back shortly after because I had to leave to make a quick appointment on time, and requested a refund, he became very defensive and kept denying that he did those things and saying he could repair my nails instead even though I said I would either like them simply removed or a refund as I was not satisfied with my service. It eventually took a regular customer talking to him and helping me until I finally got a refund. I took these photos as soon as I got in my car the first time I left and you can see how fresh colored the blood is on my hangnail. I wasn’t bleeding anywhere or had significant hangnails before I came in.

I thought about not leaving a review and maybe only I had a bad experience, but after seeing some of the comments from the business on other bad reviews I can see this place has an attitude issue. I went in and asked for something and was told yes, but then once the service started I was told no and the boy proceeded to not do what I asked. I will never be back and suggest others to find somewhere that respects their clients a little more. Edit: The rude comment back 30 minutes later after giving my review reconfirms the one star for me. He even admits I asked for a soak off but did it his way instead. He also seems to think he's better with a drill than he really is. He did thin my nail and drilled my healthy nail from my 3 week grow out so now I have to wait another 3 weeks to get back that healthy nail. Please take your money anywhere else.

My second time coming here and my nails have turned out fantastic each time! I don’t plan on getting my nails done anywhere else. The staff is so welcoming and makes me feel like home! I recommend this place to anyone and everyone who wants great quality service and nails! :)
