Went here for an acrylic fill... first they called and couldn't get me in at the original time. Then said it wouldn't be with who I scheduled with. Already I was skeptical but tried to give it a chance... nope... the owners husband used as LITTLE product as possible, much less than an experienced tech would, and already I have some nails falling off. Also couldn't match design I requested well at all. Overall poor experience, and ive had MUCH nicer acrylic sets elsewhere

After being a loyal customer for a number of years I’ve felt less than valued numerous times. Being scheduled ahead does not mean there will be adequate time for your service. My last experience was the end as the owners husband painted my nails and not only did he use my hand as the napkin to wipe all of the excess from the French tips he was doing on. I even asked why are you using my hand as the napkin and he replied if I don’t I lose where I’m at in shaping the French tip. WHAT? I left with polish on my hands even though he wiped my hands all over with acetone, just what everyone wants. And he only did one coat of polish so my tips were blotchy and not well shaped either . Never again. Find a different nail salon

Go see Christina and Wynn! She does my nails (with cute nail art - show her any picture and she can replicate it well). He does my pedicures. Sometimes they do both at the same time so I feel like a queen.

All of the employees are always friendly & welcoming. Always ask how you are. Always have smiles on their faces. The quality of their work is amazing, absolutely worth every penny. Their prices are pretty comparable to other salons. I've tried several other places & was always left unhappy & felt as if I was just another dollar in their pocket. I will never go anywhere else besides Erie Nails. Customer for life.

A coworker recommended this place to me and I wanted to love it because of how accessible the location is, but I left feeling sad. I had a pedicure first and both of my big toe nails were ripped all the way up the sides to the point I was bleeding and the acetone burned when applied. My feet were uncomfortably grinded down to get the dead skin off (which should have been minimal because I did it the other day), but a chunk was left on the side of my toe that was there before. For the acrylics the sides of my nails were grinded down to the point I said please stop that’s skin multiple times. I know acrylics ruin nails, but there’s nothing left on the sides of any nails. They are all uneven and I had to shape them at home. I had designs done and the base coat was only applied once and and is totally transparent. Tons of bleeding in my nail beds as well.
