Mansion Nail Lounge

I love mansion but not everyone here is able to do designs, which is fine, but tell me you can't so it doesn't waste yours and my time. I've had this happen to me a couple of times. I also recently discovered that when I was going regularly a few years ago my friend and I were being massively over charged every 2 weeks for over a year. Since I've started going and getting my nails done again recently I pay close attention to my total and I almost always have a coupon which they send out through text. I've finally found a couple of nail techs who do amazing designs (Lam and Mimi) I definitely recommend going here I would just warn you to pay attention when it's time to pay.

Kammy was so kind and took her time to make my nails perfect. She helped me pick a design to match my birthday dress and executed it perfectly!! The manager got me in a chair very quickly and I will DEFINITELY be back!!!

I had a pedicure and manicure. Rosie was the one that took care of me. She did an amazing job of making sure that the water temperature was not too hot. I asked her to add a flower on my big toes and she was very artistic. So when we went and moved so she could do my nails she asked if I wanted the same design on one of my nails and I said yes. She worked her magic once again and I am very satisfied with how my manicure and pedicure turned out.

I came in yesterday afternoon to get my nails done. They were not busy. My tech was Huy I think was his name. He was very helpful and nice about helping me pick out a fall color. Really my only complaints are is that he acted like he was in a hurry and cut up my cuticles on most of my fingers. He apologized the first time he got me. When he was done with my nails he told me to wash my hands and I was done. I turned around to tell him thank you and he was gone! My cousin was beside me getting her nails done by Tracy (which was amazing! And I will request her next time). I was getting my stuff and was going to go pay and she told me to just sit and wait while my cousin was finishing up. After she got done we went to pay and he was still no where in sight. She had to tell them which tech I had and what services he did. This was my 1st time coming to this place. I tried them out because I was unhappy where I was going because they were always in a hurry. He did a great job on my nails other than cutting my fingers up with that drill tool they use. Anytime I put my fingers in water they burn so I’m not very happy about that.
