2025-12-17I spent an hour and a half in the salon to get a Gel X done. I went home and one by one the nails came off. Spent $90 and the gel X was like press on nails. I called the owner, she said to come back “anytime” and she would fix it. I came back 3 different times and she was not there. I then asked one of the workers to call her. The owner said she would be there in 10 mins. I waited 30 minutes for her not to show up. Will not be coming back to this place again! Don’t waste your $$$

2025-11-19I had an amazing experience at Sally’s Spa Burlingame . The staff were friendly, professional, and very attentive. The salon is clean, relaxing, and beautifully set up. My nails came out perfect , exactly the shape and color I wanted. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality service and great customer care

2025-05-30I haven’t had my nails done in years and returned today for a mani/pedi. I was pleasantly surprised to see Sarah, my favorite nail tech! Sarah did my pedicure and it was amazing as always. I met Daisy for the first time and she did my manicure. Both services were flawlessly done on my natural nails, no gels. Included in the mani/pedi is a hot wax foot treatment and 10 minute calf and foot massage, plus hand and forearm massage. So relaxing.

2025-11-19Absolutely love this spa , The technicians are gentle, patient, and really know what they’re doing. My manicure lasted weeks without chipping. The place feels clean and very welcoming. Definitely my new go-to spot in Burlingame
