This establishment was amazing. I found this place on Google as I just moved to the city a few months ago. The ambiance was amazing and the staff were very friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Amy who is the manager I had the pleasure to sit in her chair and she did not disappoint. She also did my eyebrows. I hadn’t had anyone touch them since I left my former place in Missouri. I most definitely will be back and very glad I stumbled upon this gem.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my visit on Sunday, October 26. To start, the older woman who did my pedicure and eyebrows was wonderful — she was kind, detailed, and did an excellent job. However, my nail service was disappointing. The nail technician who did my manicure seemed distracted throughout the appointment. She looked around frequently and filed too far into the sides of my nails, causing pain that I had reactions to multiple times. Despite my nails being quite short, I was charged an additional $5 for “length,” which doesn’t seem appropriate given their actual size. Additionally, my nails and toes ended up being painted two different shades of blue — something I didn’t notice until I got home. To make matters worse, the gel polish on both my nails and toes has already chipped, even though it’s only been two days and I work a sedentary job. I spent about $116 plus a $16 tip (of course I still tipped as a service was provided) for services that now need to be redone, and I’m really disappointed given it was my first visit. 3 stars only given due to the woman who did my feet. 10/29 - the owner reached out regarding my experience at this shop and now my nail is fixed. As no one is perfect, I appreciate accountability and taking corrective action without complaint where necessary. Due to that, I am updating my rating to a 5 star and will return in the future 😊.

I thought I found a good place to get my nails done & man was I wrong & I HATE IT because I really enjoy the shop but I’m super particular about my nails! This is the 2nd time I wasn’t happy with my service. Today I went to get my nails filled in with one color (I usually get French) & a pedicure with one color, acrylic big toe, listen I hated my feet, the fill in he did on my big toe it’s flat at the cuticle & a hump so my toe looks thick on both feet but, I let that slide because the polish made it to where you couldn’t really tell… I sit down to get my nails done & the polish wasn’t drying, it was coming off when the tech was wiping the sides, she kept trying to correct it, cool but after the 2nd time trying to dry & it kept drying weird or not drying at all I told her we can go back to my usual choice which is pink & white deep French, maaaannnnn smh these frenchies look like the back in the day, old lady French, I had to leave there after paying $120 & go to another salon to have my nails redone (polish change) I’m outdone, I hated everything about my experience this time & last time, mind you I’ve only been there 3 times. Services cost way to much now days to be leaving unsatisfied, I feel like if it’s not something your comfortable doing just say that smh anywho I won’t be returning it was good while it lasted. Also, when your servicing someone & your having issues with your products & can’t give the person what they really want… a discount should be applied to your total… $120 is crazy work when I didn’t get what I asked for due to your products not cooperating & then to leave with these terrible THICK french tips I’m done!

Tom completed my nails today since Rosie was away from the shop. My nails are absolutely lovely. He added a few pearls on two nails, each hand. I'm completely satisfied. Thank you Tom!!!!
