2025-08-07My last experience with getting nails done was well over 15years ago (pre-teen). My experience was horrible and then I ended up with trust issues. Then I thought about getting acrylics because my nails had a hard time NOT breaking and after research, I figured I’d give VIP nails a try because I wanted nice nails for my future wedding. I booked with Abby because her profile seemed great for someone like me with NO knowledge. Abby has been absolutely great and doesn’t “up-sell” me. She knows her stuff and listens to what you want. Her suggestions have been so great and not a single regret. As someone who’s practically lived nail stuff free, she’s made me love getting my nails done. She takes care of me every time I go and it’s made me feel so comfortable! I got Cat Eye and the red nails are dip. No acrylics because Abby said not good for my nails 🥰

2025-07-20The first time I came here I loved my tech and her design!!! Today when I came the salon wasn’t busy. I explained my design with pictures three times. The tech doing my sisters nails still did it wrong. I explained again what we wanted and she still did it wrong! This was my sisters first experience here and neither her or I will be returning. My sisters nails were supposed to have a gold stripe on each nail not white. They aren’t even even. My nails were at least even but only gold on the ring finger when I asked for it on EVERY finger . And then charged me $150 for shoddy work

2025-11-05My pedicure at VIP Nail Spa was a perfect choice. I was pleasantly surprised by the special pedicure service. The manager offered a complimentary soft drink, which was a cool and relaxing touch. The interior decor was lovely and unlike anything I had seen before. The staff were incredibly nice, professional, and great communicators. As my feet soaked in warm water, I relaxed in a comfortable massage chair. The most impressive part was when the nail technician used a special tool to remove calluses from my feet It tickled so much that I “started laughing”, a moment I'll never forget.
