Excellent service and quality. Every employee there is friendly, welcomes you in, and wants to make sure you are happy - even if you aren’t their customer. Lisa did a great job on my nails and was very friendly & had the perfect amount of engagement. I felt so relaxed - during a Friday afternoon appointment! I am more than willing to travel the 30 minutes to come here because the entire experience is so worth it. ♥️

Hannah Nguyen is my nail tech whom I’ve been with for years now. She is extremely talented in her artistic designs. She is able to recreate anything I bring in flawlessly. She also gives the best pedicures!

Only nail salon I’m coming back to on the peninsula! They are transparent about pricing, easy to book by just messaging them, and just overall a great experience. I’ve gotten so many compliments for this set that I specifically got for my engagement photos. Thank you Hannah!!!

I loved it !! The staff were so friendly. I had hannah, who was so kind and was very patient about me wearing fingerless gloves (I have a sweating condition in my hands). Not only was she understanding, but she remained so patient with me when I was late to the appointment 😅everyone was so nice. The environment was clean and relaxing, with music playing. She did my nails exactly the way my reference picture was 💕great job and I will definitely be coming back again ! 😊

Update: I decided to give them another try and had a manicure with Hannah. She was efficient, fast and did a phenomenal job. I am really happy with the results. PS I paid the full price and it was worth it. I walked in and was seated right away, which I really appreciated. My pedicure was done by a technician named Lisa. The service itself was okay, but the experience felt a bit off. From the moment I walked in, I was being pushed to upgrade or add services. I made it clear I just wanted a basic pedicure with gel polish, but the pressure continued. Lisa seemed upset when I declined the upgraded pedicure and had a bit of an attitude during the service, which made things uncomfortable. She also rushed through the callus removal and barely worked on it, which was disappointing. I understand upselling is part of the business, but it would feel much better if clients’ choices were respected without the pressure. Just sharing my honest experience hoping it helps improve future visits.
