Lagoon Nails & Spa

Was VERY happy with my manicure. Got a full set done with Ivy. Was very nervous as I usually don’t just my nails done while I’m here but she one of my favorite nail techs I’ve ever had!!! While I originally planned on writing an AMAZING review, I was upset when only 4 days after my manicure one of the nails stared to lift then fully popped off. Called in the morning to see if it could be fixed when they said “not today”. Went to a different salon where they could not match it but needed it fixed.

Had my dip nails for a week started chipping badly also you can see how warped the right pinky was as the tip was not applied correctly. I went in to get them fixed and when I explained to the man working that my nail is broken he rudely said “I know I know later later!” and did not fix my broken nail just applied dip over it & it chipped again. A week later they are continuing to chip badly (these photos). I have gotten my nails done for years and never had a worse dip manicure. When filing down the dip he files the whole nail a few times instead of meticulously shaping with the nail file which of course led to bad chipping. Definitely go elsewhere.

Probably the best decision I’ve made in a while coming here. I got to walk in get a gel extensions and a gel pedicure great prices nice environment very very friendly staff. PS probably the best massage. I’ve also gotten in a while.

Tommy did the best almond shape and took his time! Jennifer was very welcoming and did a great job with my toes.

I have never wanted to return to a nail salon, But after visiting Lagoon nails, I will definitely be returning. Ivy did my nails today. I was very unsure since I was bringing in a kind of crazy idea. Ivy took my idea and executed it in the most fantastic way. I left the salon, feeling confident and so happy and loving my nails. I cannot wait till I can return with another fun idea.
