Artistic Nail Salon

I frequented this salon in the past when living closer to it for a short time. When my tech for over 6 years went on a sabbatical, I decided to try it again, since it still had some good reviews. I was not impressed with my visit. I just wanted a fill, it took over an hour, and when I got to the register it was over $51 with a supposed discount included. I asked the tech, why did she charge me for 3 repairs. I know one had "lifted" a little but she did not remove a nail nor replace it with a new tip, so how are you charging $15 for those three nails when you are filling them in the same way you did the other 7??? Also, you should communicate that to the customer if they are going to be charged before proceeding. I also asked to see the price list, (twice) which is not posted anywhere, it's in a book, that she finally showed to me after painting. This should be clearly posted so folks know what they will be paying and/or if they want to pay those prices. Not to mention my nails were very square when I mentioned I wanted them round/oval shape and active length. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ There were five of us visiting from Pennsylvania and I came from Canada—and we all booked pedicures together. The service was absolutely phenomenal! A big thank you to Yen, Linda, Tina, Linh, and Salvi for taking such great care of us. The staff was warm, professional, and made us feel completely pampered from start to finish. Everything was clean, relaxing, and beautifully done. We had such a great experience and highly recommend this salon if you’re in the area. I am a very tough woman to please. And I’ve visited three different nails salons, two of which are considered luxury/high-end salons that did not quite hit the mark for me. But these artists! Oh my, they did not fail me at all. I am blown away by the meticulous attention to detail, the skill level, and kindness. I had an amazing pedicure, followed by a full set of liquid gel nails that were perfectly shaped and leveled. My technicians listened to me and delivered on every single detail I asked for. The nails are thin, feel so light, and I LOVE the art. I am grateful to have finally found a nail salon that I love and want to return to. Thank you so much for that. See y’all in a couple weeks.

We had pedicure and acrylic full set done here and we loved both experiences. Prices were reasonable for the service.

AWSOME experience. Very friendly. Great atmosphere. I absolutely LOVE my nails. My nail tech even did better than the photo I showed her.
