Lynn Nails

I have mixed feelings about the amount of stars I want to give. My mom isn't one to complain so I am taking matters into my own hands. She went in today to get her wedding nails done and did not have an amazing experience with one of the ladies. I want to start by saying the lady who did her pedicure was amazing, her name was Lena, she was super sweet and is the only reason my mom had a good experience. Thank you so much Lena. The lady who did her manicure, Mia, was the opposite. Though she ended up doing a decent job on her nails, she was extremely rude from the very beginning. All my mother asked for was French tips with some silver added. She seemed to be having a rough day, but there is no reason to take it out on a paying customer, we all have rough days at our jobs. My mom hardly ever gets her nails done and it saddens me that this is the experience she got during her manicure. Update: They did end up calling about the review and seemed to be more concerned about the amount of stars I left rather than the poor service she was given. Never once apologized for the poor service and just wanted to “fix her nails” which was not an issue at this point. Like I said the nails did not end up terrible, it was the service she was given. We will not be coming back. She also didn’t speak to the manager about it because by the time she got done she had already been there for over 2 and a half hours, there past close, and ready to just leave, and like I said, she is not one to speak up.

I asked for nails that I usually don’t get. The reason I don’t usually get them is because the kind of design that I would be getting might be difficult for the nail stylist to do. I was really upset at the end because the length was off, I’d been cut by the cuticle cutter and the flowers looked almost nothing like the picture of the nail design that I wanted

Love the new T.A.P hybrid Gel!! If you have not tried it for real nails, you have to! My nails are growing so long because of it! Just a simple but elegant French mani today!

I had a great experience here, this afternoon! The man that did my nails did an amazing job-I’m in love with them! He was super nice and very gentle. I wasn’t nicked like I have been at other salons. I will definitely be coming back, and recommending Lynn nails for a good $55 set!
