PRETTY NAILS AND SPA

Came here today for the first time and had wonderful service. I expressed i did not want electric buffer on my toes and it was respected. I got an amazing french pedicure (luxury) and spa manicure also french nails with gel x. The atmosphere was very pleasant and quiet but picked up right before my appointment was finished at 2:30. They did my mani and pedi simultaneously. I really give props to the luxury pedi service it was really good and relaxing. I also give props to the nail tech. She was amazing and gentle and really knows how to do a good french tip. She also educated me a bit too. Will be back for sure

this was my first time getting my nails done since i was 15, so almost a decade(😅), and i thought they turned out pretty good! the salon was nice and clean and the staff was friendly! i’m a shy person so i’m actually glad the man who did my nails wasn’t super chatty lol. i got a dip powder manicure and it was $48 minus tip. my only complaint is that one of the nails on my left hand is a bit wonky, but nothing too noticeable! my sister got acrylics with gel polish + a design so they were about $90.

Do NOT waste your time, unless you have an entire afternoon to waste. Me and 2 others scheduled an appointment for two o clock, and had 3 manicures and a pedicure. Upon arrival, the pedicure was put into a chair and started, but the other two manicures were just placed into chairs, chose our colors, and sat there for AN HOUR, without being touched or talked to by anyone. Eventually, a kind older woman came and begun our manicures, and after doing the cuticle maintenance, she was pulled away by a man, who appeared to be the manager. We then sat there for 20 more minutes, whilst watching COUNTLESS girls come in after us and get serviced immediately. Once the manicures started, they were actually pretty good. Our manicures turned out fine, and the staff was perfectly nice during the time they did our nails. Plus the pedicure went really well, until the girl was rudely pulled away. Unfortunately, because it took so much time for the first two manicures to get done, the third manicure never even happened, and it didn't matter much because they forgot about it entirely. They were nice enough to not charge us for our designs or rhinestones that were used and gave us some cards for 10% off our next manicure, which I doubt is going to be used! All in all, pretty good results, but a terrible experience if the shop is any kind of busy. Would go to again, but only if I could ensure it wasn't too busy for us to be completely ignored.

Referred by a coworker after my last nail place closed. I was nervous for no reason. The guy who gave me a pedicure was very thorough and gentle. The lady who painted my toes did great. I will be back.

My mom and I came here for the first time to get pedicures, and unfortunately, it wasn’t a great experience for me. The salon itself was pretty, but the service I received from my technician fell short. During the pedicure, my small toe was accidentally cut and bled. While I understand mistakes can happen, I was surprised that there was no acknowledgment or apology, and instead, a solution was applied without any explanation. The technician also used a sharp tool to clean around my nails, which felt uncomfortable at the time. By the next day, my big toe had become inflamed and appears to be infected. My mom, unaware of what had happened, handed me a tip to pass along, and I did so, though I later wished I hadn’t. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience as a reminder to myself — and maybe others — that it’s okay to speak up or stop a service if something doesn’t feel right. On a positive note, a different technician did the design on my toe, and I thought it turned out beautifully. However, based on my overall experience, I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending this salon to anyone.
