Great service! I received services at Glow when they first opened and then my job sent me on a two year detail out of state. I’m home and went right back and the services are still in tact. Definitely recommend you visit. You won’t be disappointed.

I went there over the weekend and wasn’t completely satisfied at first, but they were more than willing to redo my nails to my liking. I went back and they had Mey do my nails, and he did an amazing job! He takes his time to make sure you get exactly what you want, and I never had to worry about correcting him, he clearly knows what he’s doing. I’ve already recommended him to others because he’s that good. Definitely check this place out and book with Mey!

If I could give this shop zero stars, I would. I have been patronizing Glow Nail Bar for a few years, but once my nail tech left the shop, everything went downhill. I was a loyal customer and I tipped very well. At first, I was going to Wendy who I thought was doing a great job with my nails, but then I realized that she never wanted to give me a full set. Basically she just wanted to take my money and go on to the next customer. I knew that the acrylic set on my nails were old and it was time for them to change. On my next visit, I told her I needed a new set, but she said that she didn’t have time to do it so she gave me to Nina. After soaking off my nails, two of my nails had fungus on them, turning green. Nina told me that they will grow out so she put a full set on my nails. I told her that I wanted my nails to be tapered squared, as she started to shape my nails, she had no idea what she was doing. My nails were shaped terrible! She filed my nails on the side down to the meat. I spoke with the manager, Chan, and told him that I wasn’t happy with my nails. Not one time did I argue with him saying that I wouldn’t pay, even though I wasn’t satisfied. I paid full price. He tried to reshape my nails, but they still weren’t shaped correctly. He just made it worse. Then, after paying, Chan called me two times to argue with me, saying that it was my fault that I sat in the chair and let her ruin my nails. I felt at that point I was being harassed and he did not want to take the blame for his incompetent nail tech. I have never felt such disrespect as a customer. Then he told me when I came back, he would only charge me half price. I scheduled my appointment online as usual, and no one accepted my appointment. Silence speaks volumes, they did not keep their word. I will never return to them again nor will I recommend anyone going back to that unprofessional shop. I already know that once I post this review, the owner will blame me and jump on me once again.

It is my favorite place to go everyone there is so kind and so fun. I will never stop going there. I love Chan and I love Elvis and I love glow. Elvis is the best to. I love him. He always does an awesome job and he’s super friendly. And the Chardonnay is amazing so relaxing when you’re getting a pedicure.With Mary!!
