2024-09-21The service has gone downhill in the last 6 months! Very clean and polite but I have left the last two times with a cut on both big toes cuticles. They do not push down the cuticles and cut, they use the grinder. Cuticles are still there. The last time, 1 day ago, she looked a couple of times to make sure it wasn't bleeding. As can be seen in the photos, there are still cuticles there.
