2025-11-18⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience today! Alex was my nail tech and he did such a great job. He was super kind, kept the conversation flowing, and even took pictures of my nails for me. I haven’t found a good nail salon in Hampton until now — I’ll only be seeing Alex from here on out! I also got my eyebrows waxed by a sweet young lady who was just as professional and gentle. Overall, a very clean, welcoming salon with great service. I’ll definitely be going back. Highly recommend! 💅✨

2025-10-09This is my second time coming to this establishment and having a bad experience. I’m never coming back. And I drove 30 minutes to get there. To be overcharged for bad work. Going through the reviews it’s obvious , that only 3 people in the shop actually knows what their doing .My first experience was with a young lady with a short hair cut . I got a pedicure with French tip , using gel polish. It was nothing French about the tip , the lines were so thick and lopsided. This was a few months back and I thought I’d give them another try and get somebody else. So this time the guy with the tattoo sleeve on the right arm ,messed my nails up!! I should have known when he started peeling the design off and doing it again, that he wasn’t that experienced . He put so much freaking acrylic on my nails. They look like Lego blocks glued to my nails.And when I asked him why were they so thick he caught an attitude.And acted as if he didn’t understand what I was talking about.I had to tell him to thin them out twice and their still to freaking thick. At that point I was so irritated and his attitude was really nasty .I don’t know if he was having a bad day or his attitude just sucks. I didn’t notice till I got in the car how crocked my left middle nail was. He didn’t even finish shaping it. And that my pink nail was bleeding from him going back to far. My wedding is tomorrow!! Hopefully nobody pays that much attention to my nails. Worst experience ever. The nice accommodations and flashy shop doesn’t make up for the poor customer service and inexperienced nail techs.

2025-12-19I love this establishment. Great prices for excellent service!. I will always get my nails and feet done here as long as I’m within a reasonable driving distance from them.. Added bonus: The salon has recently been renovated/updated and it is comfortable and lavish; with all new massage chairs along with upgraded nail stations. They serve beverages and wine 🍷 Nail Techs are ALL amazing!! I always go all out and they never disappoint 🫶🏼
