Bellvy Nail Spa

I had an appointment this evening with Chelsa and she was FANTASTIC! She was so nice to talk to throughout my services. She even stayed an hour past close to finish and didn’t rush at all. She kept checking in on me to make sure that I was doing okay. She did my Gel-X manicure and a gel pedicure and my nails look AMAZING! I can’t stop staring at them. I’ve been looking for a permanent nail salon around the area and I’ve definitely found it here. Thank you so much!!!

My first time here and my experience was awesome! Tia is wonderful and very nice! Knows what she’s doing! Literally gave me exactly what I asked for! Will DEFINITELY be back!

After moving to the area last summer, I was on the hunt for a new nail salon. After going once to Bellvy, the search was over. I've had pedicures there several times and have never had bad service. Everyone there is super friendly, prices are comparable to other salons, and you get great service!

By Day 2 of my honeymoon, all of my dip powder nails had popped off while swimming due to water getting underneath them—just 5 days after getting them done at Bellvy Nail Spa. Dip powder should last weeks, not days. I paid over $80 for this service and have received no response to my calls requesting a refund. Pictures attached. I had a very disappointing experience at Bellvy Nail Spa and, unfortunately, would not return—despite one technician’s attempt to salvage the situation. This was my first visit. I called at 10 a.m. to schedule a walk-in for 1 p.m., specifically requesting a basic pedicure and a dip powder manicure, explicitly stating multiple times that I could not have gel due to an allergy. They confirmed the appointment and assured me it wouldn’t be an issue. Upon arrival at 1 p.m., I waited until 1:30 p.m. to be assisted. While I understand salons can run behind, it was frustrating given the prior confirmation. The technician performing my services had to be reminded at least five times about my gel allergy. It didn’t seem to register how serious it was until I kept repeating it. There were also minor issues, like the foot bath jet not working properly, which had to be fixed before my pedicure could even start. Not a big deal on its own, but it added to the overall lack of professionalism. The pedicure ($44) felt rushed, and the polish job was sloppy—very thin, barely two coats, and uneven. Honestly, I could have done a better job at home in half the time. During the manicure, I reminded him again about my gel allergy. He seemed surprised I wanted a full manicure. Instead of soaking my nails, he quickly applied some cream and trimmed them, which was fine but not thorough. To my surprise, during this part of the service, the technician began eating—chewing with his mouth open while working on my nails on top of everything else. He also answered multiple phones calls and talked while continuing to work on my nails distracted demonstrating and more lack of professionalism. The dip powder color was supposed to be a light blue—I even pointed to the sample multiple times when I arrived—but when he finished, the color on my nails came out a dull, dusty purple. It didn’t match my toes at all. When I pointed this out, the technician tried to tell me they did match and blamed the “lighting,” or “powder” which felt incredibly dismissive. Worse, he then suggested applying a gel topcoat to fix the color—despite me having clearly told him multiple times I was allergic to gel products! At that point, I had to stand up and walk away before I got even more upset. Another technician stepped in to correct the dip powder color. He was more friendly and attentive, and the new shade was closer to what I originally requested. However, the final result still didn’t meet the quality I’d expect, especially after all the trouble. The layers of dip powder ended up so thick from the correction process that I’m now considering visiting another salon to have them removed and redone properly by a more experienced technician. In total, I spent nearly three hours at the salon the day before my honeymoon—far longer than anticipated—only to leave feeling frustrated and unhappy. I received only a brief apology and was told I should have spoken up sooner, even though I clearly did. While I’m glad others have had positive experiences here, mine was not one of them. I do not recommend Bellvy Nail Spa and will not be returning.

We called last minute and were able to book 2 pedi’s and an acrylic fill for the same day. It was our first visit and we would gladly return! The foot and leg massage was to die for and they did amazing nail art for my daughter!
