US Nails & Spa

The first two times I went there they did an amazing job with the gel manicures. The next two times were horrible. The girl who took me, I think her name is Tay, was on the phone the whole time and rushed me. Didnt let my nails cure long enough so they lifted with wet gel polish exposed underneath. When I went back a day later to have them fixed they looked okay for a few days until they ultimately all cracked and peeled. Wont return unfortunately;( I will say their prices are pretty okay.

After patronizing this salon over the past 8 years, I'm finally giving them up. The quality of work is just not there and I'm tired of leaving dissatisfied. Everyone is friendly enough, but often distracted and more concerned with everything going on around them than the nails they are working on. Here is a dip and maybe I'm expecting too much, but they didn't clean up my cuticles and as you can see some of the work is uneven. I also shouldn't have polish everywhere around my nails. I had to have a different lady remove some clumps of polish off my hands before I left. I would not recommend this place based on quality of work.

Came in with beautiful nails for fill. 1.5 hours later my nails are a mess. Looks like I have cat nails. Took forever the lady next to me was in and out in 20min with beautiful fill. Would not recommend Nikki. Hate leaving bad review but needs to be said.

Excellent job you how long the left foot toe nails were before their professional finished and the right after as well the right foot. They are skilled and the older lady even got me to laugh which not to many people can do! I plan to make more frequent visits!

I went to get my nails done today! I want to say that the US Nails and Spa is the best place for getting your nails done. They did exactly what I wanted and were very nice throughout the process. I had great conversations with them, and also everyone was very welcoming and friendly. I will definitely go back again.
