I will definitely be back. She has a forever customer in me. I get my nails done every two weeks and never like them this much.

I called 1.5 hrs before they were closing to ask about coming in for 2 pedicures, a manicure, a set of acrylic nails, and my five year old wanted her nails painted. They said we could come in. Everyone was very friendly, especially to my little girl. It was her first time visiting a nail salon! She loved it! Brian did amazing on my oldest daughters acrylic nails. I had Mary for my services, and I am very pleased with her! The pedicures were very relaxing, and we loved the hot stone massage. I gave them 5 stars because they stayed open over an hour after closing to accommodate our needs. Kelly took care of my little girl and is very sweet! Thank you, Bar Nails!!

She rolled her eyes, ignored my questions, and spoke negatively about me in another language…while I understood every word. I tried to be friendly and open to suggestions, but it was clear this tech didn’t want to be there—and maybe didn’t want to serve a woman of color. Do yourself a favor: Stay far away. This isn’t just bad service—it’s unsafe and disrespectful.
