Queen's Nails & Spa

I just had a lovely pedicure with a friend at Queen's Nails. The service included a scented keg mask and a hot stone calf massage. They took really good care of us,

We did a walk in on a Saturday when only two customers were there. The woman was very welcoming to us and got us seated right away. We both got pedicures and I got a manicure. The man who did my manicure was very hasty and rough. He did a dip on my nails and said “they’re going to be round.” Didn’t ask what shape I wanted, just told me what shape they would be. They ended up very uneven in shape, thickness, and smoothness. Also while he was shaping them he sanded my cuticle and made me bleed. Lastly he cut my toenails flat and left sharp corners that get caught on everything like my pants and socks. He did give a good hand and foot massage. The woman who did my friends toenails did a good job.

They were some of the most patient people I've ever gone to. Didn't feel rushed, pressured, or that my nail idea was a bad one, or that I was asking too much of them. Would recommend as a place to go to. :) But you'd need the owner to do them. I got a dip. The guy that did mine left them bumpy and half finished to make sure I and two other lady's were done at the same time. Though the gal that did my toes did an excellent job.

Second time going with this group. I love how the atmosphere is relaxing with a few TVs on with either music videos or afternoon talk shows. They team up (when available) to get you primed and polished in no time. The prices are great and the experience is wonderful. This is my favorite salon!

BEST OLACE I HAVE EVERRR WENT TOO they are quick so if you need to go somewhere this is the place for you. They are gentle and kind and hardworking. I recommend 100%
