Not super happy with the outcome. Had builder gel done. Lumpy, didn’t shape my nails, didn’t have a great color selection and then filed the corners off and sent me on my way. *EDIT* In response to the owners reply: $85 for an apprentice that, even upon review I can’t confirm? Unfortunately, I didn’t have another 75 min to sit and have it remedied though I appreciate the feedback. Open to other suggestions; possibly a refund? Happy to modify my review if you’d like to make it right.

EDIT: in response to the comment left back by the salon, even with this just being someone who rents a booth there, it is up to you to pick artists who you’d be proud to associate your company with. They represent your salon. I also see in most of your responses to negative reviews about experiences, you are hostile and blame the customer in almost every case. Please take the reviews as constructive criticism rather than a personal attack. Feedback is a wonderful tool to help with improving things based on each customers experience. How you handle feedback is a major representation of the company too! There would be much more business to hire quality techs you’d like to represent your salon! Second edit: I am saying this coming from the perspective of someone who owns their own business just like you and am employed by myself full time. If you aren’t a “yes maam” then do not say yes to hire everyone that is not at a certain experience level. OR if there are different levels of experience, consider pricing them accordingly and make that knowledge WELL known. You are exactly proving my point on how you as a business handle criticism. No one asked you to be a yes ma’am but be professional especially when MANY people seem to complain about the same thing. At the end of the day the nails were done by someone who represents your shop and when my card was charged, it was by YOUR salon! I paid for a poor job done at YOUR salon. I am not disputing the charge and acknowledged i didn’t say anything there, I do have poor eyesight so thats another reason i love going to nail salons. They can see all the details many people with impairments and disabilities can’t. Clearly not in this case. Came in more a manicure and pedicure. Picked this nail salon because all the work they have shown is so pretty and I was so excited. I called ahead of time before coming in to confirm that they could fit in my mani pedi before close at 5p on Sunday and was told that it wouldn’t be a problem but they couldn’t tell me an estimated wait time. I come in and since I was a walk in I didn’t mind waiting at all, I waited about an hour before they were able to start some of the service. Starting with the pedicure which I was enjoying and did love the nails until I got a closer look letter in better lighting. They came out not smooth at all and areas with lumps and crumbs cured in the nail. They were also still a bit see through even though the girl did do two coats. One of my nails wasn’t completely covered either. Which I will attach pictures. After that service, I was told that I couldn’t put my mani and pedi on the same transaction since it was separate services. I paid for the pedi then I had been told to sit back down and wait since the person who did my toes could not do manicures which wasn’t a big deal. I waited for about another 30 mins and the girl who was going to do my manicure had talked to me a few times about what I wanted and was super sweet/knowledgeable and answered my questions. However once she finished her client and was ready to take me next, it was 5p and she told me that there was an extra $25 fee since it is now past business hours. I definitely understand needing to make up on overtime and such bc no one works over for free but I just was a little frustrated I wasn’t told until I had been waiting for the service for 30 mins after I had my toes done. I would have just left sooner rather than waiting. And if I knew they only had time for one service, I would have opted for a manicure or come in another day😞 I then see they are advertising free services with an apprentice. If this is what it looks like when you pay, then you might as well book the free service.

Kenzie did my nails and they are so pretty. I got a short freestyle set and i’m glad i trusted her because she did an amazing job. Nice and clean set up and staff were very friendly.

Absolutely amazing service! I had Kali do my set, and they turned out perfect! I adore them! They look exactly like my inspo. Amazing conversation as well! She was so sweet, and everyone makes you feel very welcome. Will be coming back!!

Tee was amazing!! I came here for a full set, luxury pedicure, and my eyebrows. Tee was fast and professional and she even educated me on proper nail and toe care. I’m happy that I came to get serviced by Tee and I am looking forward to returning for my next visit. Thank you Vanitee!!
