Orchid Nails & Organic Spa

This is in the top 3 worst manicures I've had in my life. I gave up pretty quickly on trying to get the nail tech to do a better job cause it just wasn't going to happen. I brought a nail file and buffer with me, but they made me use a new one (which they charge for). And it isnt like the one I brought was old, I literally hadn't even pulled it out of my bag yet, they just told me they have to use new ones every time. There was a very minimal attempt to make my nails even in length and shape. I left with dip powder crusted under my nails and filming my fingertips. She kept having me put my hands under the UV curing light even though it isn't required for dip (melanoma, anyone?), and she obviously knew it because she didn't have me wait out the cycle. She kept flipping my hand over to file my nail down but didn't get all the crust building up on my fingertips, so now my nails are just extra thin. And only 48 hours later, my nail is breaking. I would have just accepted the bad job and not left a review, but my nail breaking is my tipping point. Do not come here for dip. Maybe don't come here at all.

I got cateye french tips from Ashley and she did an amazing job. Very fast and they also gave me a christmas gift. Really good prices as well.

This place is AWESOME! I came here immediately after a terrible experience at a different salon and it was night and day. My manicurist was sweet and gentile and did such an amazing job. It’s a week later and I wanted to come back to say that I will def be back. It’s pretty busy so I would def make an appointment. Also they do a lot of nail art and can pretty much pull off any look it seems- I wanted short feminine almond shape with cat eye polish and I got EXACTLY what I asked for. Will def be back. Thanks!!!!

First time getting my nails done and was looking for something cute with pastel colors without having to get fake nails. The place seemed very clean and I was greeted immediately upon entering which was nice. I was a bit nervous and overwhelmed by the color variety. But the staff was nice and the lady (I believe her name was Vanie) help me pick colors from some nail inspo I showed her. I won’t lie the cuticle trimming did sting a bit after it was done, but that’s probably cause I’m not used to manicures. But aside from that I absolutely loved the way the design and colors came out! And pricing was very reasonable!! I will definitely come back and try this again with maybe a new inspo :)

What I wanted and what I got. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was a walk in. I asked for coffin shape and the color I picked. Had a lovely experience at Orchard Nails & Spa! The salon was clean, calm, and beautifully put together.. The salon was slow then started getting more people so she had to deal with other people while doing my nails. I feel she was extremely fast at doing my nails. I’m used to people taking more time to create perfection. She didn’t cut me at all. That’s a plus.
