I really like the salon — it’s very pretty and clean. I typically do walk-ins so I have a different person do my nails each time. Some have been better and more detailed than others but overall I have a good experience here.

My go-to nail salon! Everyone is so welcoming. Cody is the manager and he’s always there to welcome you and oversee the spa. Kim is my main nail tech who’s always willing to try the nail designs I want. I always love how my nails turn out. Their prices are reasonable for the area and the service is consistently amazing!

I have been coming to this nail salon since 2 years now and every time I visit this salon I love the experience. Cody has done my nails most of the time and I like his work and everyone at the nail salon is nice and friendly. Cody even accepted me one day while they were about to close the store.

I drive over state lines to go to Helen all the way from DC. I followed her here from her previous salon and have been going to her since 2020. She is always worth the drive and does a beautiful job on my gel manicures with design. She is an amazing conversationalist, and I always look forward to our regular appointments!

I rarely leave a 1 star review but this experience failed on so many levels. A friend made a reservation for a party of 10. We arrived and immediately noticed how busy it was. My daughter and her friend wanted a pedicure for their prom so the moms and sisters decided to join for a fun spa day. It turned out to be tears and disappointment from the moment we arrived. Our mistake was booking a place that couldn’t accommodate a large party, but the establishment should’ve notified us from the start. Instead, they accepted the reservation and made half of us wait until the other half was done. My daughter’s pedicure was rushed, and when we asked the tech if she could spend more time on the towel soak and massage, she argued with us saying she had already massaged her, and further accused my daughter of not paying attention because she was on her phone. It was a truly embarrassing experience. At this point, my turn hadn’t even come because they overbooked and when a tech finally became available to service my nails, I declined. I was no longer in the mood, nor did I have the time to sit through a mani/pedi. I did tell management, so they gave me a small discount (20% off my daughter’s pedi) and apologized but the damage had been done. I share the review to warn others before making large party reservations, as the techs are inconsistent and ours in particular enjoyed arguing with and gaslighting her customer. A bad memory for my daughter’s 1st prom, indeed.
