I had Ms. Sam today. Always have a good time when she is there. She does a wonderful Mani/Pedi. Thank you Sam!! I hope you made the Halloween Parade in time!

This was an extremely poor experience. I ended up walking in and was told they would be able to do a pedicure in about 5 minutes. No problem, I did walk in without an appointment. Turned into a 12 minute wait with limited communication and a bit of a back and forth on who would do my pedicure...It was downhill from there. The pedicure I chose was supposed to have a paraffin wax alternative in the service... It never came. I asked about it and the young man who did my pedicure informed me that they no longer do that as a part of the service although it was on their list of offerings and website (and I told the first woman who was getting me settled which service I wanted). I expressed my dissatisfaction and the solution was to give me a lotion? Then the nail painting was so uneven and lumpy. He took the polish off on my big toe 3 times and kept trying to repaint without communicating what the issue was or getting someone else who knew what to do. I finally said I was ready to leave and to take the polish off of my big toe as it continued to be lumpy and pool at my cuticles. Left with 9 toes polished. He took the polish off and proceeded to tell me the total and I said it was unacceptable as I did not receive the service outlined in the pedicure I chose. He asked me to pay anyway and just call the manager for a solution later. I said no, call her now. He allegedly tried to call her and ended up just telling me I could leave. It was one of the worst pedicures and waste of time to date. Would not recommend in any way, shape, or form.

Enjoyed a spa pedicure and a manicure today. Ken is wonderful and love his nail art that he does free handed.

I love this place! Very clean and the staff is incredibly friendly. Most of them have been working here a long time and I like that they recognize you. Julie has been doing my nails for over 7 years and she is a true artist. Thanks to Venus and her whole staff for having such a wonderful place!

I had a most marvelous, calming, and healing experience today with Venus at Organic Nails And Spa. I had my usual manicure and pedicure eyebrow waxing and also included an eyebrow tint. Then to top it off, the most wondrous facial I’ve had and will return for the same services in deepest gratitude.
